You must apply for a return or exchange on our website within 7 working days of receiving the package.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on all our products barring products on clearance sale, with the following conditions:
One-time Exchange: Exchanges and returns are limited to once per order. If an order has been exchanged once, the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again.
Store Credit: Refunds for exchanged items are issued as store credit, valid for 12 months.
Condition of Items: All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
Quality Control: Packages that do not meet these conditions will be rejected during quality control and returned to the customer.
Return Policy
As a policy, we offer returns only in the form of store credit, which is valid for 12 months.

Pickup: Once approved, the item will be picked up in 1-3 working days by our courier partner.
Charges and Credits: Reverse pickup is free of charge. Within 1-2 working days of the package being received, we issue store credit to the customer's email used while placing the order.
